Can I tag receipts by client or project?
Yes. SnapLedge supports custom tags — define one tag per client or per project, assign at capture time, and filter or export by tag whenever you need to pull a single client's receipts. Tags work alongside the standard category field, so you can have both "Travel" + "Acme Corp" on the same receipt.
How do I handle reimbursable client expenses?
Mark the receipt as reimbursable at capture time. SnapLedge lets you filter "reimbursable only" everywhere — dashboard, charts, and every export format. When you invoice the client, export the matching subset to CSV or PDF and attach it to the invoice.
Does SnapLedge work offline at airports or overseas?
Yes. SnapLedge is a Progressive Web App — install it on your phone or laptop and the camera capture queues locally even without a connection. As soon as you reconnect (hotel Wi-Fi, airport lounge, home network), queued receipts process automatically. The dashboard caches enough to view recent receipts and totals offline too.

Solo consultants today. SnapLedge is per-user — one account per person — so it fits independent consultants and 1-2 person practices well.
