Freelancers·Free forever, 15 receipts/month

AI Receipt Scanner for Freelancers & Solopreneurs

Snap your receipts, track business expenses, and export a clean report for your accountant — without managing five spreadsheets. Built for freelancers who would rather work than do bookkeeping.

Built for freelancers.

Receipt scanning that fits how you actually work.

Business vs. personal in one tap

Tag each receipt as business or personal at capture time. Every filter, chart, and export respects the boundary — no untangling at tax time.

Reimbursable tracking for client work

Flag client-billable expenses, filter "reimbursable only" on any export, and track who owes you. Settle as people pay, no napkin math.

Quick exports for tax season

CSV on Basic, Excel on Pro, PDF on Ultimate. The Ultimate plan adds a year-to-date tax summary report — a single PDF with business-tagged receipts grouped by category.

Pay only for what you need

Free is permanent — 15 receipts per month, no card. Basic $4.99 for 100. Pro $9.99 for 300. Ultimate $24.99 for 500 plus capped overage. Cancel anytime.

How it works.

01

Snap

Point your phone or laptop camera at the receipt. AI extracts merchant, items, totals, tax, and category in about 3 seconds.

02

Categorize

SnapLedge tags each receipt automatically. Adjust the category, flag it as business or reimbursable, or assign a custom tag if you have defined one.

03

Export

When you are ready — monthly, quarterly, or once a year — export the right subset to CSV, Excel, or PDF for your accountant or client.

Freelancers questions.

Is SnapLedge free for freelancers?

Yes. The Free tier is permanent and covers 15 receipts per month — no card, no trial countdown, no time limit. Most solo freelancers fit comfortably under that ceiling for routine work expenses; the paid tiers ($4.99 / $9.99 / $24.99 per month) unlock higher receipt limits, monthly trend analytics, multi-format exports, and a year-to-date tax summary on Ultimate.

Can I tag business vs. personal receipts?

Yes, at capture time. Every receipt gets a business-or-personal flag, and every dashboard view, chart, and export respects the filter. You will not have to manually separate business transactions from grocery runs when you sit down with your accountant.

How do I track client-billable expenses for invoicing?

Flag the receipt as reimbursable when you capture it. SnapLedge lets you filter and export "reimbursable only" so you can pull a clean client expense report for invoicing. The splits feature on Basic and up lets you track who owes you when you cover a shared meeting or meal, and mark each side as paid when settled.

What exports does my accountant get?

CSV on Basic and up — works with every accounting tool that imports CSV (Xero, QuickBooks, FreshBooks, etc.). Excel on Pro and up for a more readable review format. PDF on Ultimate for archive and shareable summary. The Ultimate plan also includes a year-to-date tax summary report — a single PDF combining all business-tagged receipts with totals broken down by category.
