Is SnapLedge for solo founders or do I need a team license?

SnapLedge is per-user today — one account per person. Multi-user team workspaces with shared receipt rollup are on the product roadmap but not yet shipped. If you are a solo founder, owner-operator, or 1-2 person business where one person handles bookkeeping, the current single-account model fits well. If you need true team rollup, follow the changelog or reach out at [email protected].

Can I export by category for my accountant?

Yes. CSV and Excel exports include the category column so you can filter, pivot, or roll up by category in your accountant's preferred tool. The Ultimate plan adds a year-to-date tax summary report — a single PDF with business-tagged receipts grouped by category, totals broken down per category, formatted for accountant handoff.

How do mixed business / personal credit card receipts work?

Tag each receipt as business or personal at capture time. Every filter, chart, and export respects the flag — your "Business expenses Q3" CSV will not accidentally include the family grocery run. If you need to re-tag in bulk later (e.g. moving an entire month's receipts from personal to business), the dashboard supports bulk re-categorize.

Is there a free trial or do I need a card?

Free is permanent — 15 receipts per month, no credit card required. There is no trial countdown and no automatic charge. Upgrade only when you outgrow the Free tier; you can pick any of three paid tiers ($4.99 / $9.99 / $24.99 monthly) when you do, and downgrade at any time.
